ADJUSTMENT OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

RESOLUTION 421/2014/R/EEL- REMOTE TRIPPING

RESOLUTION 421/2014/R/EEL- REMOTE TRIPPING

What does this resolution involve? With said resolution, the Authority for Electricity Gas and Water (AEEG) has introduced new rules to increase the safety of the national electricity system, due to the heavily growing number of renewable energy powered plants, and particularly photovoltaic. The resolution calls for the installation of devices that allow the Grid Operator (GSE) to switch the electric power source off remotely. More specifically said provisions are effective retroactively and therefore apply to all plants already connected to the grid and in perfect working order according to the existing regulations. Medium and large-scale systems (with capacity above 100KW connected to MT voltage) are required to comply with the described adjustments by the 31st January 2016. System owners may be eligible for a refund of their expenses by the Network provider, provided they comply with the resolution by 31 August 2015.

RESOLUTION 243/2013/R/EEL- FREQUENCY ADJUSTMENT

RESOLUTION 243/2013/R/EEL- FREQUENCY ADJUSTMENT

Following resolution 243/2013/R/EEL issued by AEEG, the GSE contacted all photovoltaic power plants owners with regards to the compulsory adjustment resolution, under penalty of suspending incentives for the photovoltaic plants. For PV systems with capacity between 6 kWp and 20 kWp, the set deadline is 30/04/2015. For PV systems with capacity above 20 kWp the set deadline is 30/06/2014. These are the only systems that require adjustment.

KRK is operational and ready to implement the adjustment to the AEEG resolution. Our engineers are qualified and highly trained to operate on inverters and interface devices. They can also communicate directly with the inverter producers, if required. After completing the technical work, KRK will issue the appropriate technical documentation and adjustment certification, as required by the System Operator. Our services guarantee our customers the right to continue qualifying for incentives towards their PV system.

50% discount

All customers who will want to take out a maintenance contract are entitled to a discount of 50% on the cost of technical operations and the adjustment practices!
